Our first planning permission for 2024 has been granted by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. We were successful in gaining permission for replacement roof covering, windows, doors, cladding and for the installation of solar panels to a ground floor garden room. The alterations will improve the energy efficiency of the property, by thermally improving a later addition that falls short of what is expected, being too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. The solar panels will also provide a modest amount of electricity to offset energy bills or help power an electric vehicle.
