Area Architects is an architectural practice overseen by Gavin Perham, a fully qualified Chartered Architect with 20 years experience. It is located in Tunbridge Wells and provides services across London and South East England. The practice delivers projects in both residential and commercial sectors, from an extension and reconfiguration to a new build or small-scale development of houses. Every design is bespoke to the clients requirements and can reflect or challenge the architecture of the area, be it traditional, contemporary or even a combination of both. Where required by the client, Area Architects will use innovative design, green technology and construction techniques.
