Exciting developments are underway, as work continues on-site for a new ‘L-Shaped’ home extension to a residential property in Tunbridge Wells. The alterations will enhance both the living space and functionality of the existing home, catering to the evolving needs of the homeowners.
The existing property was split up into a narrow kitchen and dining room, this will be partly demolished as it is not practical or energy efficient. The project will provide additional living space, including a kitchen/dining room, larder, utility and most importantly a ground floor WC.
